Outdoor Maintenance Team Member

Job Description:
The role involves working outdoors to maintain open spaces, facilities, and amenities. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for carrying out works as directed by the team leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining open spaces, facilities, and amenities
- Overseeing a group of inmates undertaking a work program through a correctional centre
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have general maintenance skills and experience, as well as the ability to provide clear directions and lead others. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and take pride in their work.
Benefits:
This is a permanent full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight on a 9-day fortnight schedule. The offered salary will depend on qualifications, skills, and experience. Employees also receive generous leave entitlements, including access to long service leave after 5 years.
