Service Coordinator

This role is the critical interface between the organisation and participants. It utilises a person-centred approach to empower participants to live meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower Participants to Live Meaningful Lives: Utilise a person-centred approach to communicate with participants and their families, identify individual goals and support needs, and coordinate the delivery of high-quality services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in health, social services, or related fields are preferred.
  • NDIS Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the NDIS sector are required.
