About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Nurse Manager to join our team at ForHealth Group. As a key member of our Epping practice, you will be responsible for providing leadership and operational management to a team of nurses, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective operational plans to ensure efficient and effective patient care, including the management of clinical procedures and staff resources.
- Coach, train, and mentor nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge, promoting best practice and patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to maintain a high-performing treatment room, ensuring optimal use of resources and staff.
- Assist the GP with conducting health assessments, GP management plans, and reviews, providing expert clinical guidance and support.
- Work closely with the Practice Manager to analyze and manage the practice's financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in general practice or an acute setting.
- Registered nurse with a strong clinical background and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
