We are seeking a skilled and friendly Hospitality Professional to join our team in Melbourne.

Job Description:

To deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide a unique dining atmosphere, we need an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers to their seats with a warm smile and ensure they have a comfortable dining experience.
  • Introduce menus and drinks while providing personalized recommendations on special dishes.
  • Take orders using a cash register system and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver orders to the table promptly and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Adhere to food safety and quality standards at all times.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with other staff members to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Familiarity with cash registers and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Good time-management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Patient problem solver with a positive attitude.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position available with flexible hours, Monday to Friday, public holidays, rotating roster, and weekend availability.
