We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Hospitality Professionals. As the face of our brand, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience in our restaurants.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and serve customers with a smile
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage tables effectively, ensuring prompt service and high-quality food delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to feedback and concerns in a professional manner

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods, lifting up to 25kg occasionally
- Availability to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
