About the Law Firm:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead corporate insolvency and external administration matters across sectors
- Advise secured lenders, insolvency practitioners and creditors on asset realisation
- Draft court documents, manage deadlines and appear in enforcement proceedings
- 3 years' PQE in restructuring, insolvency or commercial litigation
- Proven ability to manage varied workloads under tight deadlines
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management
- Technical proficiency in MS Office and PEXA
- Truly flexible work practices and hybrid arrangements
