About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to drive strategic planning processes for our Group. This role involves managing the annual budget, business plans, and intra-year reforecasts. You will be responsible for consolidating submissions from our Mining operations, preparing insights for our leadership team and Board.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, ideally within the resources sector. A tertiary qualification in Commerce or a related business discipline is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Lead strategic planning processes and financial modelling
  • Prepare and present data in a structured format
  • Promote a culture of coaching and development
  • Diligence, strong analytical and report writing skills
