Digital Strategy Leader

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven professional to lead our lower-funnel digital marketing efforts.
This role plays a key part in driving growth and enhancing customer lifetime value through effective campaign execution and measurable results.
- Own and manage the digital marketing strategy for retention, conversion, and win-back campaigns across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted, performance-driven campaigns that support loyalty and engagement goals.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, with expertise in upper to mid-funnel strategies for brand awareness, audience engagement, and multi-channel digital campaigns.
Key capabilities include:
- Working with major publishers to plan and execute effective upper funnel campaigns.
- Track, analyse, and report on KPIs for discovery and engagement campaigns, with a focus on reach, impressions, engagement, loyalty sign-ups, and conversions.
- Able to derive insights from marketing data and build performance dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
