Delivering broadcast and media operations for a high-profile tournament requires meticulous planning, adaptability, and excellent communication skills. As a Broadcast and Media Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless delivery of facilities and services across various venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of comprehensive plans for broadcast and media operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient logistics, wayfinding, and access management for broadcasters, media representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules, timelines, and checklists to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on media operations, including equipment inventory, personnel allocation, and incident reporting.
Skillset and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in broadcast or media operations, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully coordinating complex events, with a focus on attention to detail and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
