Senior Mine Control Solutions Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the strategic direction of a comprehensive mine control and fleet management solution. As a Senior Mine Control Solutions Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to guide the evolution of the solution, ensuring it remains at the forefront of mine control technology.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a global product strategy for the mine control solution, aligning with market demands and technological advancements.
  • Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with in-house development teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, including pricing, marketing, and sales enablement, to drive product adoption and growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing product positioning and development.
  • Annual Release Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of annual product releases, ensuring timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
