Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing Defence maritime projects, developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and providing sound advice and solutions to complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and deliver Defence maritime projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand and translate client operational requirements into project deliverables.
  • Provide sound advice and solutions to dynamic and complex issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous project experience within the Defence environment, with an understanding of operational maritime requirements.
  • Possess relevant qualifications in engineering (electrical, mechanical, systems) or project management, with the ability to gain appropriate industry accreditation.
  • Hold a current Australian Government security clearance at NV1 level or higher and be eligible to access information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
