Maritime Defence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Combat Systems Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in delivering complex defence and national security projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop functional performance specifications for maritime systems
- Liaise with stakeholders to define and baseline requirements
- Assist in integrating various maritime system components
- Establish traceability between system specifications and overall platform requirements
- Provide technical support and take direction from senior leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering from an accredited institution
- Significant experience in defence or maritime engineering
- Understanding of systems engineering processes, including EIA-632 standards
- Experience with complex requirements management tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with naval or maritime systems is highly desirable
- Hold and maintain a minimum NV1 clearance as required by government regulations
