Job Title: Senior Civil Operations Manager

About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Operations Manager to join our team in Western Brisbane & Gold Coast region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, road construction, and plant operations. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate construction projects, including resource allocation and scheduling
  • Supervise and manage a team of operators and leading hands
  • Maintain high-quality control techniques and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Implement effective communication strategies to ensure smooth project execution
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate 3 in Civil Construction, Road Construction, or Plant (preferred)
  • Proven experience in road and earthworks operations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
