Job Opportunity:

Seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the development of our future pipeline of Capital works. Key responsibilities include preparing business cases, undertaking master-planning activities, and assisting the Capital works committee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop funding submissions and prepare project feasibility studies
  • Engage with stakeholders to support project delivery requirements
  • Identify and mitigate issues and risks that may impact project delivery at an early stage
  • Work in consultation and collaboration with stakeholders to identify project requirements
  • Prepare and present project proposals and progress reports

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or Building and Construction
  • Extensive Project Management experience with public infrastructure
  • Project Management experience in the healthcare or education setting (desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strategic and forward-thinking with ability to develop and implement plans
