Main Responsibilities

You will oversee the delivery of Bridge projects, ensuring efficient planning, safe execution, and effective project management. This involves:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional site teams to work collaboratively, safely, and with a strong customer focus.
  • Driving innovation to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and resource allocation methods.
  • Managing contracts as the representative on selected agreements.

About You

With extensive practical experience in managing direct control and contract resources, you possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build key relationships with stakeholders.

We seek an individual with a four-year civil/structural engineering degree from an Australian University or equivalent overseas qualifications. Your demonstrated experience in program preparation, budgeting for bridge and/or road construction and maintenance engineering works, as well as contract management is essential.
