Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Engaging Training: We are looking for a trainer who can design and deliver interactive face-to-face and livestreamed training sessions that meet industry standards, including practical skills and assessments.
  • Facilitate Student Success: As a mentor and guide, you will work closely with students to ensure they develop the necessary skills and knowledge required for their career in Transport and Logistics.
  • Maintain Compliance: You must adhere to our compliance procedures for accurate student records and timely assessment feedback, ensuring we maintain our high standards.

Selection Criteria:
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment: This is a mandatory requirement for this position, as it demonstrates your ability to deliver quality training and assessments.
  • Relevant Vocational Qualifications: A qualification in Transport and Logistics (equal to or higher than the courses you'll be teaching) is essential for this role.
  • Industry Experience: We require demonstrated experience and currency in Transport & Logistics, as well as a proven track record of delivering effective training and assessments.
  • Teaching Expertise: Proven ability to develop engaging training materials, deliver impactful sessions, and assess student performance effectively.
  • Tech Savviness: Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g., Catapult, Moodle) is highly desirable, but not essential.
