Job Overview:
">- The Payroll Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely administration of payroll, adhering to relevant legislation and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Administer payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all payroll-related matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
">- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Certificate IV in Payroll Administration or a related qualification (desired).
- Previous experience in a similar role within medium to large organisations preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
">- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g. Preceda, Dayforce,SAP.HR3, or equivalent).
- Good time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
