Equine Clinic Leadership Role

The Equine Clinic Coordinator is a critical team member responsible for the day-to-day operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administration, nursing and stablehand teams to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely completion of rostering and effective communication with staff.
  • Manage payroll administration processes, including leave management.
  • Oversee stock and equipment management to optimize resource utilization.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures and quality standards to enhance practice operations.
  • Coordinate financial planning, banking, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Establish effective debt management processes to ensure timely payment of accounts.
  • Drive strategic and business planning to improve the practice's financial outcomes through marketing and advertising initiatives.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can foster a positive workplace culture.

You should be able to build strong relationships with people and have excellent management skills.

Highly organized and autonomous, you should also be able to work collaboratively with your teams.

Leadership and change management experience are essential for this role.

Competent computer skills and experience with MS Office programs and databases are required.

Requirements

A proven track record in leading and motivating teams is necessary for success in this position.

Previous administration and business management experience are highly desirable.
