**THE COMPANY**

Join our client's dynamic and innovative team at a leading and growing food manufacturing company dedicated to producing great-tasting, Aussie-made corn chips, tortillas, chapatis and wraps. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a visionary and results-driven Operations Manager to lead their operations.

**THE ROLE**

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the overall operations of the business. Your leadership will directly impact our client's growth, reputation, and success.

**Production Oversight**: Lead and optimise the production process, to ensure products meet stringent quality standards and are delivered on time.

**Team Leadership**: Manage and inspire a diverse team of operational staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**Process Efficiency**: Implement and streamline operational processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimise resource utilisation while adhering to safety and quality protocols.

**Inventory Management**: Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, preventing shortages and minimising excess stock.

**Performance Analysis**: Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, analysing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
