About This Role

This is a pivotal leadership role, bridging creative projects and organisational systems, and helping deliver high-quality performances, community programs, and workplace training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the CEO/Artistic Director in achieving strategic objectives.
  • Collaborating with teams to coordinate production schedules, logistics, and communications.
  • Developing and implementing effective operational systems and processes.
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including artists, staff, and external partners.
