Achieve Excellence in Administrative Coordination
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of operations missions on Special Purpose Aircraft (SPA). Your primary focus will be on coordinating administrative arrangements, including aircraft ground handling support at domestic and international Airfields. You will also be tasked with booking flight crew's accommodation and transport requirements, as well as VISA/paperwork processing.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team, accountable for the tasking and control of SPA missions. The team values proactivity and attention to detail, and is responsible to the Chief of the Air Force for the conduct of its duties.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling effective interaction with various stakeholders, including foreign military and civilian agencies.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fluid environment, which demands flexibility and adaptability.
- Demonstrated commitment to Defence and APS Values, with a strong focus on being a dedicated team member.
