Job Profile

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commis Chef to enhance our culinary operations in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, presenting and serving high-quality dishes while maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen area.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Food preparation and presentation
  • Daily kitchen preparations for designated sections
  • Cooking using grills, pans, cold larder and fryers
  • Preparing mise-en-place
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen setting
  • Valid Cert III in Commercial Cookery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
