We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead to join our team.

  • As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing QA systems and ensuring that high standards are met in fast-paced brownfields projects.
  • You will manage inspection and testing plans, conduct audits, and drive quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and health, safety, and environment teams to embed quality in daily operations.
  • Report QA performance and raise non-conformance reports or corrective actions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. QA Systems Oversight: Ensure client and company standards are met in all aspects of the project.
  2. ITP Management: Manage Inspection and Testing Plans, MDRs, and associated documentation.
  3. Audit and Inspection: Conduct regular audits and inspections on SMP scopes in an underground environment.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and HSE teams to drive quality outcomes.
  5. Reporting and Raising Non-Conformances: Report QA performance and raise NCRs or corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a QA role on construction or SMP mining projects.
  • Underground construction experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of ITPs, MDRs, and QA documentation systems.
  • The ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
