About the Job
This is a regular manufacturing core position, with a competitive salary range estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In this role, you will work with our iconic brands, ensuring they are efficiently packaged and ready to be sent to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Work with our production lines, packaging machinery, and automated systems to ensure smooth operation and high-quality output
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily KPIs and support Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement initiatives
* Maintain a safety-first mindset and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
* Participate in IL6S (Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement) initiatives across the site
* Actively contribute to the development of yourself and your fellow team members, with previous leadership/coaching experience advantageous
