About This Opportunity

This exciting role involves working across multiple programs to deliver mission and support systems engineering services. As a senior project manager, you will lead a multi-disciplined team and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective leadership to your team, ensuring that projects meet their objectives.
  • Accountable for the day-to-day management of your team, mentoring and developing operational personnel.
  • Engage stakeholders and collaborate with program managers to balance competing needs.
  • Monitor program performance, using earned value management and technical progress measures.
  • Advise on any defects or potential defects in products and services.
Requirements:
  • Significant senior project management experience in delivering acquisition programs.
  • A proven track record in operational management, with well-developed asset and financial management skills.
  • A relevant degree in project management, engineering, manufacturing, or a business-related discipline.
  • Well-developed communication and people development skills.
