An excellent opportunity exists for a seasoned Paralegal Professional to work in our Estate Services team.

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estates Paralegal to support our Associate by preparing estate planning documents, assisting with probate or letters of administration applications, managing client queries, and coordinating tasks essential to estate litigation files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Advance Health Directives for review by the Associate.
  • Handling estate administration tasks such as placing NOITA adverts and preparing probate filings.
  • Communicating with clients, answering their questions, and escalating complex issues to the Associate when necessary.
  • Gathering information for estate litigation matters and preparing draft family provision claim documents.
  • Working closely with Client Intake to streamline new enquiries and ensure prompt responses.
  • Managing estate planning signings, invoicing, and monitoring deadlines.

You'll thrive in this role if you're self-motivated, highly organized, adaptable, and technologically savvy. A willingness to learn and a positive, team-oriented spirit are essential. Experience in property matters and holding a JP (Qual) or C.Dec is desirable but not mandatory.
