About the Role

We are seeking a Part-time Assistant Store Manager to join our passionate team at Robina. As a key member of our retail store management team, you will assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations, including leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock. This is a part-time position, approximately 32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Store Manager in achieving budgeted sales and managing controllable costs for the store
* Lead the store and team in the absence of a Store Manager on duty
* Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities
* Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback

About You

* You are passionate and motivated to deliver results, with great communication skills, strong time management, and organisational skills
* Previous team leader, key holder, or management experience is advantageous
