Support Worker for Children with Disabilities

We are seeking dedicated support workers to join our team, providing care and assistance to children aged 0 to 9 years old with disabilities.
As a support worker, you will play a vital role in promoting the well-being and comfort of each child, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment that fosters their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nurturing care and support to children aged 0 to 9 years old, engaging them in activities that stimulate their development.
- Assist with daily routines, such as feeding, toileting, and nap times, while maintaining open communication with supervisors.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and addressing any concerns or needs.
- Previous experience working with children aged 0 to 9 years old, demonstrating genuine passion and patience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with children, families, and professionals.
- Understanding of child development principles, enabling the creation and implementation of age-appropriate activities and routines.
