At TD SYNNEX, we are seeking a skilled Business Manager to join our team and drive the success of our cybersecurity vendor. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to achieve business objectives and maximize profits.
KPIs and Performance Metrics
- Turn the vendor's strategy, plans, and priorities into Tech Data's business plan and profit maximisation strategy.
- Provide clear direction to the sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams on vendor requirements.
- Use data sources to manage performance to Key Performance Indicators.
- Run forward-looking QBRs and vendor operational interlocks.
- Actively seek ways to boost sales and grow share of wallet.
- Develop strong personal relationships with vendors and key partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree qualification preferred.
- Minimum High School certificate required.
- Diploma in IT or related field highly regarded.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in IT distribution as an outbound account manager or BDM with customer service orientation.
- Appropriate vendor product sales certifications.
- Understanding of the channel business and existing reseller partner relationships in Australia or New Zealand.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity technology highly valued.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Able to work autonomously, devise processes, and manage time and prioritisation.
