About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a dynamic role supporting the People and Culture team to undertake a wide range of responsibilities, including exciting project work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of administrative tasks in support of the People and Culture team.
  • Manage the HR inbox efficiently.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of people-focused documentation, such as job descriptions, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date people data across the HR Information System (HRIS) including employee files.
  • Support the talent team with recruitment processes, including letter and contract generation.
  • Provide best-practice advice for Tier 1 & 2 enquiries.
  • Manage all HR reporting, including compliance reporting for qualifications.
  • Assist business partners with case management.

  • A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a similar role, preferably accompanied by tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to varying audiences.
  • A detail-oriented approach, demonstrating great care and attention in all aspects of work.
  • Demonstrated creativity and drive in contributing to people-focused projects, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
