We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to lead our team at the PCYC Outdoor Recreation center in the Capricorn Coast. As Camp Manager, you will be responsible for driving this successful camp business through an exciting period of growth and redevelopment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee the catering, cleaning, and maintenance teams while being the first point of contact for clients. You will deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance requirements are being met.

You will also be confident with financial administration and business planning, with proven experience in these areas. A strong understanding of site management and compliance standards is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication and coordination skills
  • Prior experience managing P&L with strong financial and commercial acumen
