
Experienced Office Administrator/Bookkeeper Wanted

We are currently seeking a skilled and organized Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years solid experience in bookkeeping, with strong knowledge of QuickBooks and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accounts Payable / Receivable utilising QuickBooks
- Reconciling accounts
- Financial data entry
- Maintenance of Employee files
- Monthly Superannuation returns
- General Office Administration including filing and reception duties
- Arrangements for travel, accommodation, medical and training courses for employees
- Costing of projects
To be successful in this position, you must be highly organized, self-motivated and able to work well within a team environment.
Experience within the construction industry is an advantage.
We require current references and the ability to work unsupervised at times.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
