Job Description

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to lead the management of our funds' financial reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing financial statements, unit pricing, tax reporting and managing complex treasury accounting matters.

This includes assisting with the preparation of annual and half-yearly financial statements and disclosures, reviewing quarterly taxable income statements and annual tax returns, preparing quarterly distribution calculations, drafting accounting treatment memos and liaising with external auditors, producing periodic debt covenant compliance certificates, managing hedge accounting relationships, including effectiveness testing, and overseeing internal controls around treasury, including debt drawdowns, rate sets and confirmations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a CA or CPA qualified professional with relevant experience in professional services, treasury, financial services or real estate funds management. They will have a strong knowledge of IFRS, particularly in relation to treasury, and ideally bring experience in accounting for treasury instruments such as borrowings, derivatives and foreign exchange.

The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
