Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hospitality Host. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, delivering orders to guests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, setting up and clearing tables to meet The Sebel's high standards.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other attendants to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • The availability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and on weekends and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of point of sale systems would be an advantage, however training will be provided.
  • Current working rights in Australia (Accor is unable to provide sponsorship for this role).
