Team Leader Court Link

About the Role:

As a seasoned Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team of case managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of the Court Link program in designated courts, adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
  • Manage service delivery locations, overseeing financial and human resource responsibilities.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to staff on case management and quality practice.
  • Oversight and guidance to support the team in managing complex caseloads.
  • Monitor and verify program activities, ensuring policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government and non-government organisations.
  • Identify opportunities to promote the profile of Court Link and engage with stakeholders.
  • Ensure information requirements are met through data collection and reporting.
