Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic partnership with senior business leaders across the ANZ commercial business.

You will play a lead role in building our people & culture plan and embedding enterprise priorities as we support our organisation on the next phase of its transformation journey.

  • Develop and drive people priorities; taking a data-driven approach to ensure we're tackling the high impact and value opportunities
  • Be a talent builder; take our talent & succession planning to the next level as we think critically about our strategic capability planning and building careers that provide rich & meaningful experiences
  • Be a coach; to the senior leaders you support and your peers
  • Shape our leadership culture; as we prepare our leaders for change & transformation
  • Build high performing teams; from leading org design through to team effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in shaping and managing change
  • Knowledge and practical application of HR practices and employment law in Australia
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels
  • Motivated, self-starter with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to apply commercial and analytical acumen towards achieving results
