Conduct Market Benchmarking and Salary Surveys

Conduct thorough market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure that remuneration and reward packages are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards.

Manage Job Evaluation Processes and Salary Benchmarking

Manage the delivery of job evaluation processes and salary benchmarking processes within the broader framework and maintain the documentation and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Provide Specialist Advice and Support

Provide support and specialist advice to the broader P&C team and managers to ensure positions are graded correctly and remuneration decisions are made in accordance with guidelines and relevant legislative requirements.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience in Strategic Reward and Performance Management

Demonstrated success and experience in developing and deploying successful org-wide strategic reward and performance programs, process improvements, and practices in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Strong Excel Skills and Data Analysis

Excellent Excel skills, including experience in producing reports, tables, and graphs, and strong data interpretation and analytical skills.

Ability to Work in a Collaborative Environment

Proactive and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to problem-solve and understand the bigger picture and implications of decisions across the wider organization.
