As a Caregiver and Community Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with disabilities and their families in the Southwest Brisbane region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored support plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card
  • Blue Card preferred
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Driver's license and reliable transport
  • Fully COVID vaccinated and Booster as per QLD Health Regulations
  • Flu Vaccination
  • Valid rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Cert., etc.)
  • Manual Handling Training and Hoist experience
What We Offer
  • 20 to 40 hours per week
  • Weekly salary ranging from $800 to $2,000
  • Weekdays - $30 per hour
  • Saturdays - $40.41 per hour
  • Sundays - $51.95 per hour
  • Public Holidays - $63.50 per hour
