We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to join our team as Contractors - Allied Health/Disability Employment Assessors for the National Panel of Assessors in NSW.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to work on a contract basis, utilizing their skills and expertise to assess the needs of individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Ongoing Support Assessments (OSAs) and Supported Wage System (SWS) Assessments for the National Panel of Assessors
- Work with clients to determine their ongoing support needs and develop strategies to support their employment
- Collaborate with medical practitioners, rehabilitation providers, and employers to ensure effective support and employment outcomes
- Diploma or higher-level qualification in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, psychology, rehabilitation counselling, vocational training, or other relevant field
- Minimum 2 years' practical experience in disability employment or related sectors
- Strong assessment and report writing skills
- Sound computer skills and ability to work with assessment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
