Customer and Stakeholder Engagement Advisor

Ventia is seeking a dynamic community engagement expert to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and attend community and stakeholder engagement events
  • Liaise with landowners for property access, including door-knocking
  • Prepare communications materials and manage public notifications
  • Keep stakeholders informed about upcoming works and activities
  • Maintain stakeholder databases and tracking tools (e.g., EOI spreadsheets)
  • Respond to enquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a dynamic, stakeholder-focused environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Hands-on experience in community engagement, ideally within telecommunications or infrastructure
  • Confidence working in politically or socially sensitive settings
