Lead Child Development Coordinator

Centacare Brisbane seeks an experienced Lead Child Development Coordinator to join our team at Holy Family's Primary School on a permanent part-time basis of 30 hours + per week. As a champion of quality care, you will play a central role in fostering growth through engaging activities for children from kindergarteners to sixth graders.
About the Role- Foster social development through interactive and educational activities.
- Implement engaging programs for the children.
- Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children to thrive.
- Uphold and promote the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about making a real difference in children's lives and has proven experience in delivering high-quality care within an Outside School Hours Care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement child-centered programs that promote learning and development.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure seamless integration of outside school hours care services.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that align with the National Quality Framework.
- A competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience.
