About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Development Specialist to join our team at Talent Focus on the Northside of Brisbane. As a key member of our Early Childhood Education program, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging learning experiences that cater to each child's unique needs and interests.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for growth and development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote quality education and care

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) OR Bachelor of Primary Teaching with approved diploma level qualification or enrolled and studying towards
  • Experience in implementing and delivering a Kindergarten program
  • Knowledge of National Quality Framework and Standards (NQF and NQS), the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
  • Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • Permanent resident of Australia

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
