The Position

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Head of Education and Campus Operations. As a permanent, full-time position, this opportunity offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring seamless delivery of the curriculum and implementation of school policies.
  • Providing professional leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and driving student achievement.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and staff.
  • Collaborating with the Central Administration and Directors to plan and manage the school budget.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in school leadership, preferably in primary or secondary sub-school management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving student outcomes.
