Job Overview

Key Qualifications:
  • Detailed understanding of Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) and Oracle MDM (Meter Data Management) functionalities
  • A thorough grasp of utility industry business processes, specifically billing, customer service, payment processing, and meter data management
  • Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and integration technologies is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
