DXC Practice for Oracle is the largest independent provider of Oracle consulting and managed services in Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Consultant to support our client's Oracle Financials landscape. This role requires a strong blend of functional expertise and technical skills, especially in troubleshooting financial integrations and working on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations and integration between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the functional point of contact for Oracle ERP Cloud - primarily Financials (AP, AR, GL, CM)
  • Handle basic configuration, triage, and resolution of functional and integration issues in the ERP Cloud environment.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration issues, gather requirements, and recommend solutions.
  • Analyze and debug issues in PL/SQL or POSTGRES to legacy applications
  • Leverage your understanding of REST APIs to integrate Oracle Cloud applications with third-party systems.
  • Document solutions, maintain integration mapping, and support technical deliverables throughout the SDLC.
  • Ensure smooth handover of developed solutions and provide support during SIT, UAT and production cutover.

Required Skills:
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues, especially related to ERP integrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL or POSTGRES - ability to debug and enhance scripts/programs.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and data flows between modules/systems.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration concepts.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - building and maintaining integrations.
  • Experience in end-to-end integration design and testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and ticketing tools like JIRA.
