Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our staff to deliver exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the service of food and beverage in our restaurant, room service, conferencing, and residential catering.
- Align staff initiatives for maximum efficiency and ensure seamless operations between front and back of house.
- Liaise with customers and the kitchen team to ensure service times are met and a positive working environment is maintained.
- Ensure accurate guest billing and correct charges are posted.
- Operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
- Several years of experience in the restaurant industry, particularly in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Previous experience in managing staff and restaurant operations is essential.
- Knowledge of wines and experience as a sommelier would be advantageous.
- A genuine love for and interest in all things food and beverage.
