Job Description
  • We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Porter to join our team at Pullman Melbourne on the Park.
  • As a Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and departs feeling valued.

This is a vital role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our guests and colleagues to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcome and farewell guests with a genuine smile and attend to their needs throughout their stay.
  2. Assist with luggage handling, delivering it to rooms, and storing as required.
  3. Arrange transportation and tours for guests, providing accurate directions and sharing local knowledge.
  4. Assist guests with luggage requirements and parking cars.
  5. Keep up-to-date information on hotel services, promotions, outlet opening times, and be familiar with local events.
  6. Provide fast, effective, and friendly service to internal and external guests at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid driver's license with the ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles.
  • Availability to work various shifts across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
