Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • To handle phone calls, take orders, and manage reservations in a professional and efficient manner.
  • To maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • To work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Hospitality and customer service experience.
  • Good command of the English language and well-spoken.
  • Great work ethic.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Confidence.
  • Valid NSW RSA Certificate.
  • Food Handling Certificate.
  • Kounta/Lightspeed POS experience.
  • Reservation Management experience using OpenTable.
  • Cash Handling and EFTPOS experience.
