About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to provide personalized occupational rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to implement rehabilitation plans and achieve return-to-work outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to clients and employers on injury prevention and workplace safety.
  • Work across various schemes, including workers' compensation, compulsory third party, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Social Work.
  • Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
