Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the common areas of the development, ensuring they are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.
- Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs and performing routine checks on facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate rubbish removal and maintain the gardens and entrance ways to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement building procedures and policies to ensure the smooth operation of the development.
- Conduct regular inspections of the grounds, facilities, and equipment to identify and address any maintenance needs.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate routine maintenance and major repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.

- Prepare and manage contracts for services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security.
- A Full Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a caretaking or maintenance role.
- Experience with WHS in residential settings.
- Qualifications in a trade or trade-related field are a plus.
- A solid understanding of Body Corporate and schemes.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
